1. Who we are

This website (clarinetcongress.eu) is operated by the organizers of
the 14th European Clarinet Congress, taking place in Katowice, Poland,
from 27 to 30 October 2026.

3. Why we use your data (legal basis)

  • To process your registration and participation in the congress
    and competition — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To respond to inquiries you send us — our legitimate interest
    or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR).
  • To operate, secure and maintain the website — our legitimate
    interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To comply with legal obligations where applicable
    (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the
purposes described above, including for the duration of the congress
and any period required to comply with legal, accounting or
reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service
providers who help us operate the event and website (e.g. hosting,
registration or email providers), acting as processors on our
behalf, and with public authorities where required by law.

its operation and, where applicable, for analytics. Non-essential
